Nutrition & Wellness Workshop

Join Registered Dietitian, Holley Dagenhardt, MA, RD, LDN and Certified Yoga Instructor, Bonnie Berry, 200 E-RYT and 500 RYT for this unique health and wellness workshop.
There are many components that impact our individual health and overall wellness. Periodically it is important to take a moment to evaluate the habits that we have formed to determine if they support our long-term wellness goals. The nutrition portion of the workshop will focus on 10 dietary strategies that may help to decrease inflammation in your body. Chronic inflammation arguably plays a role in many diseases such as heart disease, arthritis, cancer, and Alzheimer’s.
The yoga portion of the workshop will take an Ayurveda approach, the sister science of yoga, to balance the Vata Dosha which governs the Fall months.
