I fell in love with Pilates over a dozen years ago. After my first mat class, I left feeling both relaxed and invigorated. I was immediately hooked!
I am Certified in Pilates Mat, Levels I and II and Core Barre. I’m an avid runner and have completed several 1/2 marathons and two full marathons and can’t wait for the next challenge!
