Tricia Cooper has been in the Fitness Industry for over 30 years.  She has been a Personal Trainer for 25 years.

  • Whole Soul is about connecting. It blends medium intensity yoga and the heartfelt emotions of our day with music that stirs us. This Level 2 class is for those interested to go beyond the beginner level. But more importantly, Whole Soul connects our physical practice to the needs of our heart, mind and soul. It's an inspiring practice that you will feel inside and out.

  • Soulful Journey
  • How to discipline the mind and body into mental and physical balance and be transformed by spiritual awareness.
     
    This class is about connecting to yourself and those around you. This Level 2 class is for those interested to go beyond the beginner level. But more importantly, connects our physical practice to the needs of our heart, mind and soul. It's a practice that you will feel inside and out.

  • Board Yoga & Fitness
  • This New and Exciting Program goes back to the foundations of building muscle strength, muscle endurance and increasing flexibility, all while challenging your core and stabilizer muscles using our three Journey fitness boards and light weights!
     
    All proceeds from this class go directly to Safe Harbor Rescue Mission.

  • Benefits of Yoga... a teaching on how your yoga practice effects your bodies daily performance.  
     
    Methodical sequences of postures will provide you with an opportunity to broaden your awareness of how your body responds from your yoga practice.

  • Yin/Yang Fusion
  • This Yin Yang Fusion Class will stimulate yin tissues to maintain and create healthy range of joint motion, and yang tissues to build strength and balance in the body. We will begin with deliciously long held yin yoga poses. Yin yoga’s static holds signal the body’s deeper connective tissues to strengthen and rejuvenate.
     
    Next, the body will be warmed up for a flowing yang yoga vinyasa to strengthen and stretch the muscular tissues of the body through rhythmic repetitive flows. Last, the body will be quieted with meditative twisting and folding before resting in Savasana. Come put a little yang in your yin, and a little yin in your yang!

  • Core & Restore
  • This class is designed to strengthen the physical center of the body, our foundation, which allows us to hold steady throughout our asana practice.  The focus in this class is the abdominals, obliques and back.  We will finish the class with restorative poses.

  • Lunchtime Flow
  • Lunchtime Flow & Go is an opportunity to give yourself a mid-day break. This 60-minute class will get the heart rate pumping quickly, allowing you to release stress and recharge the mind, body and spirit.
